Shimano Alfine S501 Crankset – Silver

This crankset was designed around the commuter with it’s outer chain guard that helps prevent chain drop as well as protects your pant leg from getting sucked into the chain. Increased stiffness allows for a faster more efficient ride due to added power transfer. Included with the crankset is a threaded Shimano SM-FC4500 bottom bracket, spinning on sealed cartridge bearings for extra durability and long service life. The Alfine S500 has a 130mm bolt circle diameter and a 24mm diameter spindle.
