• Shipping Location: We currently ship all Obagee products within Canada only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
  
  

• Delivery Addresses: We only ship to valid street addresses. We may be unable to provide home delivery within the agreed timeframes for orders outside of major metropolitan areas due to limited courier availability. For such regions, we will confirm delivery arrangements before processing your order.
  
  

• Processing Time: Once payment is received and cleared, orders are generally processed and shipped within 7 to 15 working days.
  
  

• Shipping Methods and Costs: Shipping is free across Canada. We provide this service at no additional cost to you, whether you are in a major city or a regional area.
  
  

• Packaging and Delivery: All products are packaged securely in heavy-duty cardboard cartons with carry handles and appropriate warnings regarding weight and lifting requirements. Delivery times from our warehouse to your door range from 2 to 14 working days, depending on your location in Canada.
  
  

• Alternate Transport Providers: We reserve the right to change and use alternative transport providers at our discretion.
  
  

• Back-orders and Delays: If limited stock causes a delay, we will notify you with an estimated delivery time. In such cases, a full refund is available if the delay does not meet your needs.
