The Colt 12 binding will see you through the whole season from first snow to spring slush. They have a wide DIN range you can easily adjust to different levels of skiing. Its really lightweight. It has a Low Profile Chassis for great snow feel. And compared to the Colt 10, the Colt 12 has XL toe wings for more wrapping of your boot and therefore more power transmission.
